a very successful career in the field of medicine, Dr. Carlos Avilés
decided to pursue his other passion: Music, and what started as a dream
in 1997 is now one of the largest state-of-the-art recording studios on
the east coast.
For the past seven years this cutting edge facility has served as the recording
company for some of the biggest names in today's music industry.
Destiny's
Child, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, and one Mexico's Biggest star "Thalia"
to name a few.
But what prompted a Medical Doctor to become a music business mogul?
A
very creative mind and love for music of course. His idea is unique "To make
a facility with the greatest sound quality and technology available" where
artists could have the "Ultimate Spatial Atmosphere" and world-class
equipment to express their talents. This idea has reached its goals in "Billboard
Magazine" for example, placing Lobo Recording on top of its list as the best
recording studio for a total of 24 weeks.
